Established in 2013, Bristol SU Lettings is the University of Bristol Students’ Union’s dedicated, not-for-profit lettings agency. Our mission is to make moving simple, affordable, and stress-free for students by offering high-quality housing across Bristol—from shared houses to self-contained flats and short-term lets.
As a social enterprise, we focus on fair value and quality service over profit. Our friendly, qualified team (trained by the Association of Residential Letting Agents and members of the Property Redress Scheme) care about creating a positive experience for both landlords and tenants. Alongside student accommodation, we also offer professional lettings and full property management with flexible landlord packages.
With our close ties to the University of Bristol, we understand what students really need and work with landlords to raise housing standards citywide. Visit us on campus at our Tyndall Avenue office, open Monday to Friday, 9.30 am–5 pm (with weekend appointments by arrangement).
